We may also process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request information used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

The website is intended for professional and business enquiries. Please do not submit patient records, clinical details, medical histories or other sensitive personal information through the form.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, provide product or pricing information, discuss orders, help you choose an appropriate information solution, maintain necessary business records, prevent misuse of the website and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use enquiry content or contact details for website analytics. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics and local storage

Analytics is optional. The website asks for your choice before Firebase Analytics is enabled. If you accept, we may measure page views and interactions such as content selections, contact-link clicks and enquiry submissions to understand how the website is used and improve it.

Analytics events are designed not to include form identity fields such as your name, email address, contact number, organisation or message. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under a Velco preference. If you decline, analytics is not enabled. You can change your choice at any time here.

Velco keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an enquiry, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete it or remove its identifying connection to you.
